Beautiful homily, Father. There is no doubt God is working. I'm a different person than I was 10 years ago and I know that is due to Daily Mass, Daily Rosary and frequent Confession. I would be in hell right now had our Lord not allowed me to live so that I had time to turn my life around. Thank you, Blessed Mother and all the holy saints and martyrs for your intercession. Happy Easter, Father and thank you for feeding is sheep.
Thank you, Father. This was something I very much needed to hear. I can so relate to the part about feeling as if nothing is happening - yet looking back five or ten years and being amazed at what He has changed in me over these years. I NEVER would have guessed I'd be where I am today. A very, very, Happy Easter to you!
Thank you, Father. Like Jim said... I would be in Hell now if He had not allowed me to live long enough to come back to Him and have Him change me. This is beautiful.
Thank you for being a priest. Sometimes we don't see the impact Christ can make through us but HE is working, on one fallen away Catholic (like myself) at a time. I HAVE A SAY...keep up the good work! I learned of you recently on the internet and have told my circle about you as well. The pieces are in motion. May Our Lady protect you.
Thank you Fr. John... This year was very difficult for me too. Today, I turned 1 years old as a Catholic after converting from an an Evangelical. Last years was so new and exciting in my RCIA. However, this year's season of Lent was tough. Holy Week seem to be the toughest week in all the season of Lent. God has often to turn things around for the Good. Gen 50:20, Roman 8:28, 2 Cor 12:9, Ps 91:15, Heb 13:5, 1Pet 5:7, and so on... Thank you for this wonderful homily it a great reminder that God is still working in us. Blessings to you and Happy Easter. He Has Risen Indeed!
