For some of you it's "good to be here." Try telling that to those that live in Ethiopia where they are starving to death, are diseased and have flies crawling all over them with buzzards circling overhead waiting for one of them to die.
It seems to be a simple "act", but it is grounding. I have said those words (or something similar) for a couple of years, as I prepare for Mass (in the nave). Those words help me relax and stay focused.
