Peter Breen of The Thomas More Society, who agreed to defend this gentleman, reported on EWTN Radio that, due in large part to the outpouring of phone calls which Pro-Lifers made to the City of Chicago, when everyone showed up for the court date, the city's attorney announced that all charges were being dropped.
