"Priests Need to Blog"
Pope Benedict initially laid this challenge at the feet of priests on January 24th of this year. However, just today the Holy Father AGAIN asks priests to do the same - to use blogs/videos/anything else that will help spread the Gospel. Pope Benedict issued this statement on today's World Day of Communications which I preached about two weeks ago (see video below). It is amazing that an 84 year old man has his finger on the pulse of modernity so thoroughly. He is awesome!
Here is a link to his full text speech from today (which certainly contains the same message for the laity as well):

While attending 10AM mass today a man spoke after the Homily. He held a cross and spoke in English and what seemed to be Italian. I could not understand what he had to say. Could you blog something about why he was there and what he had to say. I would like to know what was going on during Mass today. Mass was not "boring" today. Thank you and God bless
